My name is Opal Rose Fomish. I was born October 7, 2006 in Ishpeming, Michigan, but now live in Oxford, Florida. I am currently 15 years old maintaining a 4.0 gpa. I will be a Junior in high school in fall of 2022. Because of traveling, I am enrolled in Florida Virtual Full Time High School. I train with Robin Schoeller. I have been riding horses for 12 years, showing for 11 years, and doing reining for 8 years. I have been an NRHA Top Ten rider for Youth 13 & under three times and and NRHA Top Ten rider for Youth 14-18 one time. Not only have I competed in reining, but also in ranch riding, western pleasure, showmanship, horsemanship, trail, and 4-H shows. I have taken lessons doing trick riding, barrel racing, and jumping. I have not done many other sports outside of horses besides softball. Some other activities I enjoy are fishing, hiking, running, and four wheeler riding. I am hard working and love a challenge.
